ENTRANCE

The surroundings of Can Serreta - Ibiza

- The house is located on a farm of about 14,000 m2. with old walls, built by the owner taking advantage of the stones that he removed from the land to be cultivated later.

- It is surrounded by mountains, in a natural enclave of the municipality of Sant Josep and in the surroundings there are no urbanizations or tourist overcrowding, the few buildings that are on the road leading to Can Serreta, are isolated houses inhabited by people of the island and most of them are engaged in agriculture.

- It has easy access to all places of interest, only 10 km. from the airport, 14 km. from the city of Ibiza (World Heritage Site), 10 km. from the most important beaches of the municipality as Salinas, Es Torrent or Cala d'Hort, 12 km from the leisure areas. In the municipality of Sant Josep you can find all the services: post office, banks, ATM, doctor, supermarkets and the best beaches and restaurants of the island.
